Siddharth Pruthi

Siddharth completed a Masters in Bioinformatics from the UK in 2023, and is undertaking a PhD in lung cancer genomics in the Molecular Oncology lab. His previous research experience has included the analysis and integration of multi-omics data in the field of muscle exercise physiology; and the application of machine learning techniques to characterise markers of drug resistance from bacterial genomics data. He is currently working on identifying the effects of structural variants and complex genomic rearrangements in lung cancer.
