About

Rina joined the Gut Health Lab in 2019 as a PhD student and has continued on with the group as a Research Officer. Originally from Fiji, Rina has worked as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at the Fiji Centre for Communicable Disease Control and also a Technical Officer for the World Health Organization in Suva.

Research Skills

Microbiome analysis, data analysis using RStudio and molecular biology techniques.
