Dr Lyle McMillen has almost 20 years of experience in research quality management and method validation, as well as extensive experience in other research support roles. His diverse research career investigated the molecular origins of cancer development, parasitology, and extreme environment microbiology, as well as the development of molecular diagnostic techniques in humans and animals. He brings a researcher-focused perspective to the implementation of accredited quality management, developing bespoke business policies and practices to improve the robustness and efficiency of laboratories.
