About
Kelly has been researching melanoma biology for over 10 years, with a current focus on unravelling the complexities of uveal melanoma (UM), a rare intraocular subtype. Her efforts are concentrated on creating models of the distinct mutations characteristic of UM. By doing so, she seeks to gain insight into the unique biological mechanisms driving UM's survival, growth, and progression. Kelly's ultimate goal is to pinpoint therapeutic targets for UM, an area lacking in effective treatment options.
