About

Dr Deepak Darshan is a physician researcher in the Computational Neurogenomics Group at QIMR Berghofer. He holds a Ph.D. in molecular engineering from the Swiss Institute for Experimental Cancer Research (ISREC), Switzerland and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).

 He is a practising geriatrician and works with Metro North Hospital and Health Service. He is a current Movement Disorders Fellow at the Neurology Department of Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. His research interest spans neurodegenerative disorders like Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia.
