Dr Choudhury obtained her PhD in Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Queensland in 2022. In her PhD, she researched the regulation of mitochondrial function in metabolic diseases and published in the fields of pharmacology, biochemistry, oncology, and translational science. Dr Choudhury joined the Cancer Neuroscience lab at QIMR Berghofer in 2023 as a post-doctoral researcher and is currently investigating the mechanisms required to target quiescence glioblastoma stem cells. She has been teaching at the University of Queensland since 2018 and has co-supervised 3 Honours students and 1 current PhD student.
